The Deputy Chief People Officer is the most senior People & Organisational Development (OD) leadership role below the Executive and has responsibility for developing and driving a high performance People & OD service culture whilst also putting in place a range of large-scale initiatives that give our people the best experience in the NHS.

You will support with patient experience for those teams without nursing posts and be an integral member of the Directorate Management Team.
