As a Senior Project Manager, the post holder will work as part of the directorate team to implement a new service within the psychosis pathway across 3 boroughs. This is an exciting new service which will provide improve management of depot medication and physical health checks and annual reviews for people with psychosis as a step down to primary care. This in turn will enable increase capacity and opportunities for service improvement in our busy psychosis teams. There will be an expectation to support the development of new pathways and service provision within the psychosis pathway.

Key Result Areas & Performance Project Management To manage and successfully deliver projects, providing project management support and a hands-on approach to achieve successful implementation. Provide leadership, facilitation and specialist support to teams undertaking improvement projects and programmes with improvement elements, using QI methodology to maximise engagement, impact and learning across the improvement-led delivery lifecycle. Manage a portfolio of QI projects that may span multiple service areas and prepare reports and analyses where required Provide expert support in the measurement and use of data for improvement in QI projects.
