Working across 26 approved premises from Middlesbrough to Birmingham we are looking for a Regional Catering Manager to lead and manage the delivery of catering production and services.
This is a busy and varied role where you will be a part of a team of 10 managers covering soft services. The catering manager will manage two mobile supervisors and chefs across the region in circa 26 Approved Premises. You will develop positive working relationships withSodexo colleagues,frontline team members, agency chefs and onsite customers.
Leading from the front you will also be responsible for the following:
- Health and Safety (including risk assessments and allergen checks)
- Client relationship management
- Stock Control and Budgeting
- Audits and Payroll
- Staff training
With proven experience in catering and a Level 3 NVQ qualification in catering and Level 3 in Food Safety, you will put people and customer service at the heart of everything you do.
You will be keen, enthusiastic, willing to learn and have good organisation, communication and customer service skills as well as high attention to detail.
Though this role will be predominantly Monday to Friday, there is an expectation to cover weekends on call which is paid in addition, you will need to be flexible dependant on business needs, travel and location.
You will need to have a full clean UK driving licence and be over 25 years old to be able to drive a company vehicle that is provided as you will be provided to travel to sites across the region.
