• USACE Major Subordinate Commands (MSC) region recruited consist of South Pacific.
• Responsible for integration of MSC program execution and oversight of the Civil Works program and activities with HQ USACE and ASACW.
• Manage the integration of planning, programming design and construction operations and maintenance for civil works activities assigned to USACE MSCs.
