About the job

This newly created role will report to the Head of Marketing; the Marketing Manager is responsible for the offline and PR elements of the Alfa Travel and Leisureplex marketing ensuring their brand images are communicated in such a way as to maximise sales and ensure ongoing competitive advantage in the marketplace.

Lytham St Annes/Clifton Dialysis Unit operates 24 haemodialysis stations, serving up to 112 patients, in partnership with Royal Preston Hospitals NHS Trust using only the latest equipment. Nursing is planned at a ratio of 1:4 patients, and you will be supported by HCA’s on each shift.

This is a full time role of 37.5 hours a week. Current days are working various shifts between 6.30am to 11.00pm Monday/Wednesday/Friday and 6.30am to 6.00pm Tuesday/Thursday/Saturday.

As a senior manager within Atlas, the post holder will have responsibility for the overall management of a multi-disciplined complex facilities management (FM) service (soft service bias), covering both acute and community locations and will therefore be a highly skilled professional with significant senior management experience in the leadership of multi-disciplinary and regionally spread FM service in an organisation of comparable complexity. A key component of this role is proven experience of contract management and procurement.

Together with overall managerial responsibility for Atlas FM staff at all levels, the post holder is expected to provide a customer focused, cost effective and efficient FM service using a combination of in-house staff and a range of independent contractors and professionals. Thank you very much for your interest in the temporary PA (Personal Assistant) role for the Executive Headteacher. The successful candidate will work within both the Christ the King and St Cuthbert’s school offices and will follow the Executive Head’s working pattern to offer support to her and the wider leadership team. The post offers line management responsibilities for up to three staff. We hope that this position offers a great opportunity for office assistants currently in a school, or those wishing to come into education from industry or business.

The role is a complex but fulfilling one involving admin support for the Executive Headteacher (processing and managing the recording of staff absence, dealing with recruitment and retention, supporting with confidential governor meeting preparation, maintaining the school’s single central record) alongside line managing office staff (across two sites) whilst welcoming parents and pupils into the school in the morning, taking phone calls about absence and other confidential messages.

Alongside this there are other basic administration tasks such as drafting letters, updating pupil & staff records, welcoming visitors and distributing mail. The successful candidate will also have responsibility for admissions to the school, coordinating the induction process and preparing welcome packs for families as well as dealing with nursery enquiries and billing.
