The Synergy Programme represents a step change in how we'll deliver corporate functions across MoJ, HO, Defra and DWP, which together make up almost half of the civil service.

This assignment within the MOJ Synergy PMO Team will be to provide administrative and project support to PMO leads and project leads and projects that will deliver the Synergy programme
This will include, but is not limited to: -
- Assist with and maintaining project plans and Plan on a Page documents to support reporting and monitoring
- Assist in developing and producing project reports and programme reports
- Responsible for project file management using robust version control.
- Organise key project meetings and provide secretariat support for board meetings and design authorities including minute taking and action management.
- Financial tracking - Assist with the monitor of project spend including raising and managing Purchase Orders through SOP.
- Assist with and maintain risk and issue logs, escalating as appropriate.
- Support maintenance of all programme resourcing data and resource dashboard.
- Manage the on boarding and off boarding process for programme resources
- Rationally manage the PMO mailbox, tracking commissions and coordinating responses to all communications.
Limited travel will be required.
