This is an exceptional opportunity for a seasoned SVP of Product to join as a member of the Executive Leadership Team, driving the product strategy, managing the product life cycle, and leading a high-performing product team. Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee multiple product cycles for the same product, ensuring continuous improvement and adaptation to market dynamics.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, marketing, sales, and customer support, to ensure successful development and launch of features. 

• Work closely with stakeholders to gather input and feedback, incorporating it into product strategy and roadmap decisions.

• Conduct in-depth market and user research/analysis to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and competitive opportunities in cloud-native and machine learning domains.

• Depth of knowledge in industry trends, market dynamics, and competitive landscape in one or more of Generative and Predictive AI, AI Lifecycle, AI ready data and Cloud Data Platforms.

Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or related fields or equivalent practical experience

• 5+ years of experience in a Cloud native product (either hyperscaler or startup on cloud)

• 3+ years of experience in SVP-level role managing Product team and driving roadmap for a large Engineering team, overseeing multiple product cycles with same product

• Experience in Product managed machine learning or data platforms/tools and establishing “Product Market Fit”

• Experience managing a global team

• (Preferred) Transitioning from Enterprise Direct to PLG, On-prem to Cloud

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Designing, building, testing and deploying scalable, reusable and maintainable applications that handle substantial amounts of data.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s Degree required from an accredited, not for profit university or college, with degree preferably in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field. MSc or PhD is a plus.

• A demonstrable record of accomplishment of building and launching successful products that use terabytes of data

• 8+ years of data pipeline engineering experience, and/or deep database engineering experience

• Ability to analyze technical requirements and design new architectures, data models and ETL strategies

• Hands-on experience with cloud-based relational and non-relational databases

• Deliver work products that meet specifications, are free of defects, with excellent performance

• Define Architecture and Development best practices

• Facilitate discussions among developers to exchange ideas and introduce innovative technologies

With moderate supervision, the Senior Guest Advisor assists the store management team in executing and supervising all store activities. They provide outstanding guest service experiences within a sales culture that utilizes elements of GameStop's Circle of Life buy, sell, trade, and reservation business model. This position ensures products are easily accessible and purchasable, boosts sales by sharing product and gaming knowledge with guests, maintains a clean and organized shopping environment, and fosters guest loyalty and repeat business.

• Conduct store inventory counts, stock/restock merchandise on shelves and fixtures, and move products from the stock room to the front of the store to ensure that all products in the store are represented, organized, and alphabetized on the selling floor.
• Support store management in meeting and exceeding sales, profit, and shrink goals and complete required administrative and operational duties.
• Count, balance, and reconcile daily business transaction totals accurately in the POS system. Ensure that all closeout paperwork for daily business transactions and bank deposit slips are completed correctly and accurately. Assist management in ensuring the store has sufficient cash and change for sales transactions. Make daily bank deposits following established guidelines.
• Check shipments for discrepancies or shortages and record any discrepancies in the POS system. Report any discrepancies to the Store Leader / Store Leader 2/Assistant Store Leader as needed.
• Process defectives/recalls, and stock pulls accurately and promptly, ensuring that all boxes are properly labeled and include packing lists.
• Visually inspect associates' and leaders' packages and/or belongings at store closing or at the end of a shift.
• Supervise and delegate tasks to Guest Advisors in the absence of management.
• Consistently adhere to GameStop policies and procedures, including but not limited to attendance, confidentiality, conflict of interest, and ethical responsibilities.
• Follow all opening and closing procedures.
• Observe associate performance and provide timely and appropriate feedback to the store management.

QUALIFICATIONS
