• 附屬機構協調：

維護有組織的附屬公司資料庫，協調產品樣品安排，管理

內容發佈時間表，並追蹤內容績效指標。

• 市場研究：

對影片內容和聯盟行銷進行全面的競爭對手分析。停留

更新 TikTok 趨勢、挑戰和演算法變化，以優化行銷策略

和內容。

• 遵守：

確保所有 TikTok 聯盟行銷活動均符合平台準則和法律

要求。

• 報告：

準備並提交有關附屬公司的定期績效報告，突出顯示關鍵指標，例如

資格：

• 行銷、商業或相關領域的學士學位。
• 至少擁有 2 年聯盟行銷或數位行銷的可靠工作經驗，最好擔任類似的職位。
• 強大的分析能力，能夠解釋數據並做出明智的、數據驅動的決策。
• 遵守紀律，準時，良好的時間管理，積極的態度，優秀的溝通和人際交往能力，非常重視建立關係。
• 熟練聯屬行銷平台和工具，尤其是 TikTok 聯盟管道特有的平台和工具。
• 精通 Microsoft Excel，包括資料輸入、資料透視表、VLOOKUP 和其他相關功能的技能。
• 自我激勵，高度組織性，善於同時管理多個專案。
