Senior Care Assistant Nights - Flitwick Care Home, Flitwick, Bedfordshire MK45 - Part of the Country Court Family
Hours: Nights 33 or 44 Hours per week, working weekends on rota (Shift Times 19:45 - 08:00)Flitwick Care Home offers specialist residential, and dementia care across 3 floors comprising of 75 rooms. Luxury facilities include a cinema, library, hair salon, treatment room and gym as well as access to beautiful landscaped gardens.

ABOUT THE SENIOR CARE ASSISTANT (NIGHTS) ROLE
Within your role as a Senior Care Assistant, you can really make a difference to our residents’ lives. Your responsibilities will include:

Helping our residents with personal support and care.
Aiding their emotional well-being and social needs
Administration and monitoring of medications to residents Supporting residents at meal times
Interacting with our residents on a personal level
Maintaining care plans
Supporting residents at meals time

Experience as a Senior Care Assistant & leading a team.
Be no stranger to working night shifts
Have a friendly & caring attitude.
Able to engage well with the residents and their families
Have an understanding of people with Dementia
NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social care or willing to work towards this.
Great communication skills, both written & verbal.

Bedford - hybrid (3 days in the office)

Our client is a scale-up SaaS business based in Bedford. They're looking for a confident and motivated person to join their Customer Success team. You will play a crucial part in ensuring your customers' success by building strong relationships, addressing enquiries, and providing exceptional guidance for use of their platform.

This is a proactive and reactive role and is perfect for you if you're focussed on customer satisfaction and engagement!

Our client offers a great benefits package, including a shorter working week - this is flexible and can be 5 shorter days, or 4 full days.

As Customer Success Executive, your duties will include:

• Customer Onboarding: Guide customers through the setup and implementation process, ensuring a positive and efficient experience.
• Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and goals. Regularly communicate with customers to gather feedback and address any concerns or issues promptly.
• Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of your products/services to effectively guide customers on best practices and solutions.
• Training and Support: Provide training sessions to clients, both one-on-one and through webinars, to enhance their understanding of your products and maximise their usage.
• Monitoring Customer Health: Track and analyse customer usage and engagement data to identify trends and proactively address potential issues.

What skills and experience are we looking for?

• Experience in Client Success or service delivery roles
• Strong empathy for customers AND passion for revenue and growth
• Technical proficiency with relevant tools (G-Suite, Slack, Excel, Keynote, Hubspot etc.)
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to fast paced environment
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to build strong relationships
