Job Description:
• Ensure front desk and waiting area clean and tidy with odorless
• Follow new customer registration guideline and policy.
• Register new customer account at POS system
• Manage incoming calls and messages reply.
• Reminder calls/ whatapps before 1 or 2 days for appointment confirmation .
• Arrange customers appointment and provide after treatment care follow up.
• Monitor outlet new appointment cancellation rate.
• Promoting First trial promotion for new customers.
• Follow up those new consult who haven’t turn up for an appointment.
• Hit monthly new lead turn up target.
• Ensure daily sales updated and tally with POS system.
• Stock check by daily/ weekly.performed stock receiving process and assist outlet stock tally.
• Billing issues.
Requirements:
• Excellent communication skills
• Addressing inquiries; problem-solving abilities
• Proficiency in customer service tools
• Added advantage with experience similar to beauty industry
