Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Marketing Communications Executive/Senior Executive to join our team at ITMA Services. The Marketing Communications Executive/Senior Executive will play a crucial role in supporting our marketing and communications efforts. The ideal candidate should be creative, detail-oriented, and possess strong communication and time management skills.
Key Responsibilities
· Content Marketing: Support the Marcom team in creating, scheduling and distributing content when necessary.
· Collaterals Production: Work with external vendors to produce and distribute marketing collaterals such as e-brochures, billboards, web banners, print advertisements, and visitor guides.
· Advertising: Support the planning and execution of online and offline advertising campaigns and monitor performance for optimisation.
· Partner Marketing: Work with partners to ensure timely fulfilment of deliverables according to agreement.
· Events: Assist in the planning and logistics of online or in-person roadshows and launch events.
· Registration Management: Work closely with vendors and stakeholders to develop and manage the online and onsite visitor registration system, including answering enquiries.
· Database Management: Build and maintain an accurate and up-to-date database on Salesforce and ensure data integrity and compliance with GDPR and PDPA regulations.
· Visitor Services: Support the team in delivering an excellent attendee experience through prompt support services before, during and after the exhibition. Services include enquiry management, onsite hospitality, and the facilitation of visa applications in coordination with Embassies and Consulates.
· Survey: Manage the end-to-end process of onsite visitor survey, including questionnaire development, data collection, analysis and reporting.
· Analysis and Reporting: Compile comprehensive reports to provide regular updates to senior management regarding the status and achievements of marketing initiatives and campaigns.
· Team Secretariat: Support the Marcom team in the overall coordination for team meetings and administrative requirement such as managing team folders, preparing partner agreements or preparing payment administration for vendors.
Qualifications
· A Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
· One to three years experience in marketing communications. Experience in the MICE industry will be an advantage.
· Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
· Good analytical abilities, including interpreting data, identifying patterns, and drawing actionable conclusions.
· A team player with strong organisational and time management skills.
· Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
· Genuine enthusiasm for engaging with individuals and fostering positive interactions.
