[Job Overview]
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our dynamic team in Birmingham. In this role, you will be instrumental in driving business growth by identifying new leads, building client relationships, and closing sales in international markets, with a particular focus on China. Your ability to understand customer needs, deliver impactful sales presentations, and negotiate contracts will be essential in expanding Uoffer Global’s presence in the competitive global student recruitment market.
[Key Responsibilities]
Client Acquisition: Proactively identify and engage potential clients through strategic outreach, ensuring regular follow-ups to secure meetings and presentations.
Sales Presentations: Deliver persuasive and tailored sales pitches, showcasing Uoffer Global's comprehensive suite of educational consultancy services.
Contract Negotiation: Conduct professional and ethical negotiations to finalize contracts, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements with clients.
Relationship Management: Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients by providing outstanding customer service and timely support to address their needs.
Strategic Collaboration: Partner with the marketing team to design and execute innovative, data-driven campaigns aimed at driving customer engagement and sales growth.
Market Research and Analysis: Stay ahead of industry trends by conducting thorough market research and competitor analysis, leveraging insights to refine strategies and capitalize on opportunities.
Continuous Improvement: Regularly update and expand knowledge of Uoffer Global’s offerings, including new services and programs, to deliver informed and impactful client solutions.
Performance Excellence: Consistently meet and exceed individual and team sales targets, contributing to the company’s overall success.
Event Representation: Represent Uoffer Global at industry events, education fairs, and conferences to expand the company’s visibility and client base.
[Candidate Requirements]
Education: Master’s degree (required) in Marketing, Business Management, Finance, International Business, Economics, Entrepreneurship, Strategic Management, or a closely related field.
Language Skills: Fluency in both Mandarin and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Experience: A proven track record of at least 3 years in sales or business development, consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets.
Skills and Attributes:
Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust.
Detail-oriented and highly accurate in completing tasks.
Excellent time management and organizational skills to manage multiple priorities effectively.

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week
Location: Birmingham Office (in-person role)
