Hours: Days, 46 Hours per week, working weekends on rota (Shift Times 07:45 – 20:15 )

ABOUT THE SENIOR CARE ASSISTANT ROLE
Within your role as a Senior Care Assistant, you can really make a difference to our residents’ lives. Your responsibilities will include:

Aiding residents emotional well-being and social needs
Administration and monitoring of medications to residents.
Supporting residents at meals time
Mentor & assist new employees.
Implement, monitor and review care plans to meet residents specific needs.
Plan, allocate & supervise the work of the team of care assistants

Experience as a Senior Care Assistant & leading a team.
Be no stranger to working night shifts
Have a friendly & caring attitude.
Able to engage well with the residents and their families
Have an understanding of people with Dementia
NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social care or willing to work towards this.
Great communication skills, both written & verbal.

You may have experience as
Senior Carer, dementia, Alzheimer’s, older people, nursing, nurse, senior care assistant, SCA, leadership, NVQ level 2, NVQ Level 3, Nurse Assistant, Senior Support Worker, Senior Care Worker, Senior Support, team leader.

We have a superb opportunity for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our Highways business, working on the Highways Term Maintenance contract based out of Luton.

The Senior Surveyor is responsible for all commercial and contractual matters on the site allocated to them and should be able to effectively manage Quantity Surveyors and/or Assistant Quantity Surveyors to successfully deliver the project.

About you

• An accredited course by the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS), the Chartered Institute of Building (CIOB) or the Chartered Institution of Civil Engineering Surveyors (ICES).
• Alternatively, a degree with some numerical or technical bias is advantageous.
• Relevant HND subjects include building/construction, urban and land studies, civil engineering and structural engineering.
• Relevant commercial experience from a Civils/Highways background
