We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Graduate Primary Teaching Assistant to join a primary school in Walsall. This is a wonderful opportunity for graduates, particularly those with a background in Psychology, Linguistics, or Core Subjects, who are passionate about working with children and considering a future in education or therapy. As a Graduate Primary Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with qualified teachers to create a positive and inclusive learning environment for young students. You’ll gain hands-on experience supporting their social, emotional, and academic growth, making this role an excellent foundation for those interested in school-based therapy, educational psychology, speech therapy, or child psychology. While prior experience working with children is beneficial, it’s not a requirement. Applicants with a Psychology or Linguistics degree will find their knowledge of child development, communication, and behavior especially useful, though graduates from all degree backgrounds are welcome. This role offers an excellent opportunity to build the skills necessary for a career in teaching or therapy. We’re looking for candidates who have a genuine passion for supporting children, strong academic credentials, and a caring, empathetic approach to learning.
If you’re eager to inspire and support primary-age children while gaining valuable experience for your future career in education or therapy, please send your CV and cover letter to Miranda at KPi Education – mirandaw@kpir.co.uk.
