Responsibilities:

We are looking for Recruitment Consultants to join our expanding business, you will be involved in full cycle of technical recruitment where you will be trained to source, qualify, manage, negotiate and close offers for mid to senior level professionals. On another end, you will also be exposed to conduct Business Development activities to partner with new clients and hire the best talent in the market. This opportunity will also allow you to gain commercial knowledge and apply it on a daily basis.

As you will be working with our clients in Hong Kong, ability to converse fluently in cantonese is absolutely necessary.

Requirement:

Individuals who love to challenge themselves and are interested to discover the world of recruitment. No prior experience in recruitment or technology is required for the role, we welcome graduates who are keen to kickstart their career in a Sales role, or experienced professionals who are keen for a career switch to a sales based environment where effort and results will be compensated for accordingly. It will be a plus if you are from Sales background, and/or CEI certified.

As a Management Trainee, your main goal will be to learn and master various aspects of the company's operations, including but not limited to operations management, human resources management, team leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving.
