ESSENTIAL SKILL SETS

• Fresh Graduate SPM/Diploma/Degree/Masters qualifications.
• Law background or background that involves research, analytical skills, investigation skills, and attention to detail will be an added advantage.
• Customer Service, Sales Consultant, Human Resources and related background are acceptable
• Good written and spoken English.
• Candidates with excellent written & spoken skills in Cantonese, Mandarin, Tagalog, Thai, and Indonesian will have an added advantage.
• Good report-writing skills
• Strong ability to work towards conflicting deadlines with efficiency and accuracy
• Excellent understanding of using the internet and doing research to source for information
• Excellent telephone and customer service skills
