You will:

• Perform varied routine legal support or law-related functions.
• Research and interpret legal and regulatory material for use by the supervisor or coworkers

• Clean, adjust, repair and/or replace heat control instruments.
• Assist in disassembling furnace, A/C units, regulators, switches.
• Replace worn or defective parts and reassembles.
• Remove, clean, replace or reinstall joints, pipes, and fixtures.
• Assist with installing equipment.
• Assist in accomplishing simple electrical tasks through instruction from higher graded employees.

• Provide status of assignments to supervisors and/or higher-grade co-workers.
• Determine appropriate tools and/or materials needed for completing assignments.
• Assist higher grade employees in accomplishment of their work on power machines and in the assembling and installing of parts and units by procuring tools and supplies.
• Independently perform beginning or repetitive tasks after receiving instructions from supervisors or other higher-grade co-workers to accomplish assignments.
• Clean work area and keeping work benches, tools, and machines lubricated, clean and orderly.
• Perform work incidental or preparatory to work being performed by higher grade Sheet Metal Workers engaged in fabricating, assembling, installing, and/or repairing sheet metal parts and assemblies.

• Perform a variety of simple and routine tasks incidental or preparatory to the work of higher-graded Machine Tool Operators and Machinist.
• Assist journeymen in the set-up of machine tools and equipment.
• Use hand and power tools common to the machine shop.
• Use precision measuring instruments to measure machine parts.
• Keep work area clean and orderly.
