The Admin Intern will be responsible for administrative support to the company and will report directly to Admin Leader working as part of our Admin team. 

The purpose of QIMA’s Admin team is to ensure that our teams receive all the organizational and administrative support they need to achieve our QIMA mission.

• Managing front desk area and daily office inspection
• Management of vendor payment, stationary, office daily consumable
• Support all staff business requirement
• Support on Exit & Entry admin process
• Support on Work Permit/Visa for expat and local employees
• Undertake other tasks assigned by leader.

As a Marketing Communication Intern, you will support our marketing and communications team in executing various initiatives and campaigns. This role provides a fantastic opportunity to learn about marketing strategies, content creation, and communication practices within the fintech sector. You will work closely with experienced professionals and gain valuable insights into the industry.

What you will do:

• Content Creation: Assist in developing engaging content for marketing and PR materials, including social media updates, press releases, media kits, newsletters, website copy and blog posts.
• Social Media Management: Support the management of social media accounts by scheduling posts, engaging with followers, and tracking social media metrics.
• Media Relations: Assist in identifying and reaching out to media contacts, drafting press releases, and managing media inquiries. Help coordinate media interviews and maintain media lists.

What we are looking for:

• Education: Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or a related field.
• Interest in Fintech: A strong interest in the fintech industry and a desire to learn more about financial technologies and services.
• Skills: Basic understanding of marketing principles, media relations and communication strategies. Familiarity with social media platforms and content management systems is a plus.
• Creativity: Strong creative thinking skills with the ability to generate and develop new ideas.

- Assist in collecting, cleaning, and preprocessing large datasets from various sources

The role
