Le conseiller principal en communications internes et gestion du changement élabore des stratégies de communication et de gestion de changement pour soutenir l'atteinte des objectifs des projets d'affaires. Tu rol:

Ahora buscamos Becario de Operaciones Comerciales. El candidato formará parte de la Organización de Operaciones Comerciales. El candidato apoyará a los Ingenieros de Aplicaciones en la preparación de dispositivos para propuestas y transferencia de pedidos y también apoyará en el desarrollo de herramientas y procesos destinados a hacer las actividades diarias más eficientes y alineadas con las tendencias del mercado. El candidato aprenderá conceptos técnicos (hidráulicos, mecánicos, etc.) y comerciales (precios de mercado, riesgos comerciales, etc.), así como el uso de la herramienta CRM.

Tu perfil:

•     Titulación en Ingeniería
•     Se requiere fluidez en inglés hablado y escrito; conocimientos adicionales de idiomas serán una ventaja para el candidato.
•     Fuertes habilidades de comunicación, interpersonales y organizativas. Meticuloso y sistemático, con ojo para el detalle.
•     Trabajar en equipo. Estar intrínsecamente motivado y disfrutar trabajando con el cliente y como parte de un equipo.
•     Orientado al cliente y al servicio, flexible y abierto al cambio. Mentalidad de crecimiento: trabaja para mejorar constantemente los procesos y mejorar personalmente.
