As a Management & Program Analyst, the candidate(s) will play a key role in analyzing operational performance, identifying trends, and providing actionable insights to improve efficiency. This position requires a blend of analytical and communication skills, and the ability to collaborate across teams to aid the organization in making data-informed decisions. Candidate(s) will be responsible for the collection, analysis, and reporting of key quantitative and qualitative metrics related to the Business Process Operations (BPO) functions, increasing transparency, and creating actional insights to improve operational efficiency and customer experiences.

As a Management & Program Analyst, GS-0343-09, you will be responsible for:
• The incumbent assists in conducting analyses of complex functions and work process or technical programs and makes recommendations when improving the effectiveness and efficiency of work operations and identifies procedural problems in program operations, using quantitative or qualitative methods.
• Participates in a variety of project management tasks, involving application of project management principles, methodologies, and project planning, from development to implementation.
• Evaluates, processes, and makes proposals or recommendations for organizational changes.
• Helps in performing cost analyses such as development of life cycle or other cost analyses of projects, or performance of cost benefit or economic evaluations of programs.
As a Management & Program Analyst, GS-0343-11, you will be responsible for:
• Analyzes and evaluates the management practices and methods, and administrative operations of the department.
• Identifies and analyzes issues, problems, and challenges facing management.
• Analyzes and prepares administrative status reports for multi-level review.
• Prepares program management reports and briefs.
• Advises senior staff on a board range of data management and customer interaction methodologies and applies that aptitude to solving unique problems and requirements related to customer service operations.
• Review internal processes and procedures, make recommendations for improvements promoting efficiency and cost savings.
• Participates in a variety of project management tasks, involving application of project management principles, methodologies, and project planning, from development to implementation.
Starting at $59,996 Per Year (GS 09-11)
