The Social and Influencer Manager will play a core role in supporting development of our influencer and social communities around the world, including the tools they use, case studies they access and best practice they share.

Ecommerce Planning (40%):

Your Responsibilities  

As a RepRisk® Junior Business Information Analyst, your focus is the creation and maintenance of RepRisk’s datasets focused on companies and infrastructure projects which are vital inputs to the ESG Research, Products, and Sales departments through the RepRisk® ESG Risk Platform.  Part of your responsibilities would include matching client company records that were not automatically matched to the RepRisk database by our internal tools.  You will also be responsible for the accuracy and maintenance of entities in the RepRisk database by performing scheduled reviews, cleanups, and special projects. Your Responsibilities 

The Business Information Research (BIR) Lead will oversee a group of BIR analysts who are responsible for the creation and maintenance of RepRisk’s datasets, with a focus on companies and infrastructure projects, which are vital inputs to the RepRisk® ESG Risk Platform. Based in Manila, Philippines. you will work with a growing team of multidisciplinary specialists globally (Product, Treasury, Expansion, Engineers) to help build world-class products in the Philippines. You’ll also manage and strengthen the teams’ relationships with regulators by being the regulator’s point of contact, keeping everybody informed and protecting our most valuable asset – our customers.

Your mission:

• Maintain our regulatory licence for the Philippines: (i) regulatory reporting and filing, (ii) regulatory liaison and (iii) leading our audits.

Strategy and Capacity Building

• Regularly engage with internal and external stakeholders to gather feedback on design iterations and align UI goals with business objectives.
• Incorporate feedback from different departments and users into the design process to ensure the platform meets user needs and business requirements.

What we're looking for:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or any related field
• Proven experience as a UI Designer with a strong portfolio of web and mobile design projects.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Adobe Photoshop, or similar.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, with experience in usability testing and user research.
• Expertise in creating responsive and adaptive designs that work across multiple devices.
• Experience with design systems, style guides, and ensuring design consistency.
• Familiarity with front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional environment.

Work setup: Hybrid

Trainees will be introduced to various aspects of e-commerce operations, including platform
management, product listing updates, campaign monitoring, and performance analysis. The key areas of focus are:
1. Platform Performance Monitoring:
o Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as traffic, conversion
rates, and sales across e-commerce platforms
o Generate daily or weekly reports on platform performance
2. Product List Updates:
o Regularly update and maintain product offerings on all e-commerce platforms
o Ensure accurate product information, pricing, and availability
3. E-commerce Campaign Management:
o Assist the E-commerce Account Manager in planning, coordinating, and
executing platform campaigns and promotional activities
o Track the performance of ongoing campaigns and provide insights for
improvement
4. E-commerce Analytics:
o Analyze platform data using tools such as Google Analytics or built-in platform
analytics
o Provide actionable insights based on data trends to optimize listings and
improve sales performance
5. Customer Engagement:
o Assist in responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues through the e-
commerce platforms
o Ensure a smooth and efficient customer experience across all digital touchpoints
