Role Overview:

· Set, operate, and program CNC mill machining centres to produce precision components.

· Work with a variety of raw materials, adjusting speeds and feeds for optimal results.

· Ensure production meets strict timeframes, quality standards, and tight tolerances.

· Utilise HEIDENHAIN /Mazatrol control languages and HyperMill programming.

· Conduct CMM inspections and use manual measuring tools.

· Collaborate with the wider engineering team to achieve production goals.

Qualifications & Experience:

· Strong experience with CNC Milling & 5-axis machinery.

· Proficiency in programming, setting, and operating CNC machines.

· Knowledge of HEIDENHAIN /Mazatrol control systems and HyperMill.

· Familiarity with CMM inspections and manual measuring techniques.

· Engineering qualification (City & Guilds, HNC, or similar).

· Leadership experience is desirable but not essential-this role is an ideal opportunity for those looking to step into leadership while maintaining technical expertise.

We are looking for an experienced Mobile Air Conditioning Engineer to undertake the maintenance and repair of air conditioning equipment. This includes service, maintenance, and repair of split AC systems, VRV/VRF systems and heat pumps. You may also be required to work on specific refrigeration equipment such as chilled cabinets / multideck or ice machines.

The salary is based between £28,548-£50,000 and Benefits. The salary on offer that is made will be dependent upon the candidate`s qualifications and experience.
Candidates will have a full current driving license and be willing to participate in an On-Call rotation. You'll be capable of performing manual tasks, including manual handling, working at heights and in confined spaces. Good verbal and written communication are important, including the ability to use a handheld computer device (PDA). You'll need to be highly self-motivated, and solutions focused with the ability to work without supervision but also enjoy working as part of a team.
The ideal candidate will have experience within a Maintenance / Facilities Management environment. You must have relevant qualifications eg, FGAS & ODS regs, time served apprenticeship, C&G Level 2/3 / NVQ or equivalent. Also, knowledge of Health & Safety, Permit to Work procedures and safe systems of working. You will be provided opportunities for training, development, progression, and internal promotions.
