· Working Hours: 5.5 days, Mon– Fri (8 am – 5 pm); Sun (8 am – 12 pm)
· Salary Package: $3,600 to 4,600
· Duration: Permanent Role
Key Responsibilities:
· Develop and execute comprehensive supply chain strategies aligned with business objectives.
· Manage and optimize logistics operations including transportation, warehousing, and distribution activities.
· Optimize transportation routes and modes to minimize lead times and costs, ensuring on-time product delivery.
· Implement effective warehouse management practices to streamline inventory handling, storage, and order fulfillment processes.
· Conduct regular analysis of supply chain metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
· Oversee inventory management, demand forecasting, and procurement strategies to maintain optimal inventory levels while minimizing risks and costs.
· Monitor market trends, industry developments, and customer demands to proactively address supply chain challenges.
· Implement best practices and innovative solutions to enhance supply chain efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and agility.
Requirements:
· Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
· Minimum 10 years of experience in supply chain management.
· Strong understanding of logistics, distribution, import/export requirements, and customs practices.
· Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate team, foster collaboration, and achieve results.
· Strong collaboration and communication skills and capacity to influence and build relationships with internal and external stakeholders
· Proficiency in supply chain principles, logistics, procurement, inventory management, and demand forecasting.
· Strong analytical, problem-solving, decision-making, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
· Result oriented, analytical and creative in solving problems
· Attention to details and highly self-motivated
· Highly organized and detail-oriented
· Dynamic team player with strategic and creative mindset
· Good initiator with strong multi-task and time management skills
