Job Responsibilities
The responsibilities associated with this position are broad, and include, but are not necessarily limited to the following:
· Production of 3D models & 2D drawings from BIM (or directly) for Architectual ( can change to MEP / CS ) works.
· Production of Authority Submission drawings
· Familiar with Singapore buildability score calculation & marking up within Revit environment
· Assist in the production of other BIM deliverables such as 4D, 5D, 6D.
· Use Company-wide & Project-specific BIM standards for the production of models & drawings.
· Assist to develop the Company-wide & Project-specific templates & object libraries.
· Manage the work as per schedule & ensure timely delivery of good quality models & drawings.
· Assist in BIM coordination by reporting all discrepancies or issues.
· Keep the project BIM documents upto date e.g. - Modeling/ Drafting standards etc
· Perform QA QC on the work before sharing it out for review. Focus on Quality.
· Attend trainings. Continue to learn new methods to improve efficiency & apply in projects
· Work under the supervision of discipline lead and/or BIM/CAD Manager or coordinator and perform work task assigned
· Any other duties deemed necessary and as assigned by the Senior Management.
Job Requirements
· Diploma in Engineering or other relevant certifications in BIM Applications.
· Minimum 5 years of working experience with at least 1 years' experience in an engineering or construction company having successfully completed 3D models & extract into 2D drawings for at least 2 projects as per Singapore BCA e-submission guidelines.
• Well versed in BIM Platform such as Autodesk Revit, Bentley OpenBuildings Designer, TEKLA and etc.
· Good time management skills in managing modelling and drafting works
· Possess strong initiative, and ability to work independently and within team environment
· Good interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
· Well versed in Singapore BCA e-submission and guidelines.
