This assignment within the MOJ Synergy PMO Team will be to provide administrative and project support to PMO leads and project leads and projects that will deliver the Synergy programme

This will include, but is not limited to: -

- Assist with and maintaining project plans and Plan on a Page documents to support reporting and monitoring
- Assist in developing and producing project reports and programme reports
- Responsible for project file management using robust version control.
- Organise key project meetings and provide secretariat support for board meetings and design authorities including minute taking and action management.
- Financial tracking - Assist with the monitor of project spend including raising and managing Purchase Orders through SOP.
- Assist with and maintain risk and issue logs, escalating as appropriate.
- Support maintenance of all programme resourcing data and resource dashboard.
- Manage the on boarding and off boarding process for programme resources
- Rationally manage the PMO mailbox, tracking commissions and coordinating responses to all communications.
Limited travel will be required.

Your new role working as an Account Executive will play a pivotal role in strategic client management. Working as part of an established North London Brokers you will work as part a well-established division, where you will play a key role in managing and growing client relationships, driving business growth, and ensuring exceptional service delivery within the property and commercial insurance markets.In this role working as an Account Executive, you will take charge of Client Relationship Management by overseeing client relationships, dealing with clients from inception to completion. You will inherit an existing book of business, identify opportunities for growth, and deliver tailored insurance solutions that meet clients' needs. You will also foster strong relationships with both clients and Underwriters as well as engage in Business Development by identifying and leveraging new opportunities within the general commercial insurance sector. As an Enterprise Account Executive in this critical market, you will be the point of contact for both customers and prospects. Your role is to identify and develop new sales opportunities and grow existing accounts while ensuring customers meet their business objectives with Contentful.

• Position, negotiate, and close new logo and expansion business ($50-500K ACV) in the Australian territory
• Meet quarterly and annual sales goals by developing an account strategy and pipeline, managing internal and client processes, maintaining sales reports, developing market and competitor knowledge, delivering presentations to customers, and creating sales proposals
• Manage RFI/RFQ requests with Contentful internal and customer teams
• Refine and evolve our “land-and-expand” model in collaboration with Sales, Partnerships, and Customer Success teams
• Seek to understand the digital experience challenges of prospects and current customers while aligning the ROI of Contentful with those challenges to ensure a value-based selling approach

• 2+ years of growing and expanding existing customer accounts in a SaaS and/or PaaS environment
• Demonstrated ability to sell transactions of $150k+ to organizations with $1b+ in revenue, experience engaging VP and C Level executives
• Experience working with a Partner ecosystem to land and expand customers.
