The Role:
As a Supply TA, you will play a crucial role in supporting students' learning and development:
- Delivering planned intervention sessions to small groups.
- Working across Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS), Key Stage 1 (KS1), and Key Stage 2 (KS2).
- Providing one-to-one support for children with diverse learning needs.
- Monitoring pupil progress and supporting class teachers with lesson plans.
- Liaising effectively with colleagues and parents to ensure student success.
