Role Summary

You will be responsible to deliver robust and efficient semiconductor manufacturing process with data driven analytics and systemic problem-solving skills in the respective modules: Etch (Dry Etch and Wet Etch); Photolithography; Diffusion; Chemical Mechanical Planarization (CMP); Chemical Vapor Deposition (CVD) or Physical Vapor Deposition (PVD)

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain smooth daily manufacturing operations and problem solve issues promptly
• Actively collaborate with equipment and material suppliers and partners to identify technology deficiencies; develop, evaluate, and validate corrective and preventive solutions
• Qualify and sustain manufacturing processes to scale up capacity swiftly and maintain with quality and urgency
• Continuously improve process stability and capability, enhance quality, reliability, yield, productivity, and safety standards
• Design and execute experiments, analyze complex data sets, and derive actionable insights to optimize manufacturing processes and precise controls
• Implement statistical process control methods to establish and uphold robust manufacturing processes

Education Qualification & Essential Experiences

• Bachelor’s or higher degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Material Science, Physics or STEM related fields
• Must be available to travel to Taiwan for a training period lasting 6 to 9 months

Job Summary: The Accounts Payable & CAPEX Accountant is responsible for managing the day-to-day accounts payable functions, processing invoices, ensuring timely payments and tracking capital expenditure. This role requires a detail-oriented professional with strong accounting knowledge, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with vendors, and internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Accounts Payable (AP):

• Process and verify vendor invoices, ensuring accuracy, proper approvals, and compliance with company policies and tax regulations.
• Maintain AP ledger, ensuring accurate recording of transactions and timely payments to vendors.
• Reconcile AP accounts, investigate discrepancies, and resolve issues with vendors and internal departments.
• Prepare and process electronic transfers and payments.
• Reconciling vendor tax invoices with recorded tax amounts and ensuring accuracy for GST submission.
• Support month-end close activities related to accounts payable, including account reconciliations and accruals.

2. CAPEX Spending:

• Monitor and track capital expenditure (CAPEX) projects to ensure they are executed within the approved budget and reporting expenditure related to long-term assets.
• Assist in budgeting capital needs for projects and provide insights on capital spend trends.
• Identify qualifying capital expenditure according to accounting standards.
• Capitalize appropriate assets on the balance sheet and ensure correct depreciation methods and useful life estimates are applied.

3. Reporting & Compliance:

• Prepare reports on AP and CAPEX and other relevant financial data as needed.
• Ensure compliance with relevant accounting regulations, internal controls, and company policies.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor’sdegree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in accounts payable and/or CAPEX management.
• Strong understanding of GAAP and accounting principles related to AP.
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks) and Excel.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational, and analytical skills.
• Independent, proactive with a positive and hands-on attitude.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with vendors and team members.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervising and managing the IT infrastructure to ensure the seamless operation of a semiconductor intelligent manufacturing.
• Leading and driving digital transformation initiatives within the organization to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
• Navigating and overseeing the complexities of international IT projects, ensuring successful collaboration and cross-cultural teamwork.
• Planning, designing, and implementing Fab infrastructure system solutions.
• Performing server, storage, and database management to maintain optimal system performance and reliability.
• Conducting system operation optimization analysis to identify and implement improvements for enhanced performance.

Education Qualification & Essential Experiences:

• Bachelor’s or higher degree in Information-related Degrees
• Over three years of management experience in x86 servers and SAN storage.
• Experience in VM and Linux management.
• Proficient in Windows platform management and DB2, Oracle, or SQL database administration.

Personal Attributes:

• Must be available to travel to Taiwan for a training period lasting 6 to 9 months.
• Able to be reliable and accountable in all tasks and responsibilities.

Role Summary

The main role is to provide administrative support to Facilities team。

Key Responsibilities

• Management and schedule of department head daily meetings.
• Provide administrative support to Facilities team members.
• Support system engineers in purchase requisition (PR) raising and job completion submission in system.
• Assist to track PR and support Section Head in updating budget tracking.
• Support the transfer of Facilities document into Company system.
• Responsible for handling department stationary needs.
• Support on a temporary basis to cover other department AA / GM Secretary duty when a need arises.
• Provide necessary support to team in continuous improvement program, such as documentation for FMEA, QIT projects, ISO14001, BS8800, and QS9000 activities.
• Any other specific tasks assign from time to time by section and /or department head.

Education Qualification & Essential Experiences

• A Level / Diploma or equivalent.
• 1 -2 years in similar capacity and working experience in administrative function.
