Key Responsibilities: Lead end-to-end recruitment processes for IT roles. Oversee onboarding and induction for new hires. Manage employee relations and resolve conflicts. Assist in performance management and training programs. Administer compensation and benefits for IT employees. Ensure compliance with HR policies and labor laws. Support diversity and inclusion initiatives within the team. Analyze HR metrics and prepare reports for management. Qualifications: Minimum 4 years of experience in HR within the IT industry. Strong understanding of recruitment strategies and performance management. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
