- Provides instruction in all areas of medical and non-medical equipment and support equipment. Instruction includes the procedures involved in assembling/erecting/ and/or connecting.
- Maintains instructional expertise and research changes in technical manuals, procedures, regulations, modifications, or any changes that will impact training materials or methods.
- Cleans and conducts preventative maintenance checks and service (PMCS) on all support items of equipment according to Army procedures.
- Conducts tours of the training site explaining all medical and non-medical equipment within the DMSET. (65%)
- Assists MEDCoE Instructional Systems Specialist (ISS) by making recommendations for lesson plans.
- Sets up and observes training exercises, providing on the spot correction and assistance to students.
