- Assist in all food preparation and cooking
- Maintain & keep the kitchen area clean
- Ensure hygiene policy and standards are fulfilled and followed strictly
- Assist chef/supervisor in all kitchen operations as required
- Responsible for all culinary duties, including productions, preparation, cleaning, opening setup, and closing
- Receiving and confirming walk-in, telephonic, and online reservations
- Provide customer service
- Handle payment :handling cash and credit card transactions
