Your Role in Building Brighter Futures
As a Cover Supervisor at Chilton Trinity School, you will play a key role in contributing to the delivery of Futura’s mission statement: “Building the brightest future for all, enabling every individual to flourish.”

As a Cover Supervisor, you will be responsible for:
• Supervising and support students in the absence of a teacher, maintaining a positive learning environment.
• Upholding school policies and procedures to ensure high standards of behaviour and engagement.
• Assisting in the preparation of lesson materials and resources as required.
• Supporting students with their learning, offering guidance and encouragement.
• Contributing to the school’s inclusive and supportive environment.

Hours of Work: 8.15 am to 3.15 pm Monday to Friday
Contract: 32.5 hours per week - Term time + Inset Days
