How you’ll make a difference The Cloud Engineer is a crucial role within the Cloud Operations Team, focused on the design, implementation, and maintenance of cloud infrastructure and services on the Azure and AWS Cloud Platforms respectively. This role is responsible for ensuring the reliability, scalability, and security of cloud-based solutions, including compute, storage, networking, and security components.   You will work with the team in response to incidents related to AWS resources and Azure resources, conduct root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions to prevent reoccurrence.  You’ll configure and manage monitoring solutions (e.g., CloudWatch/Azure Monitor) to track resource utilisation, application performance, and generate alerts for potential issues.
What you’ll bring

- AZ-104 and AZ-400 certifications desired but not essential
- Exposure to IAC and use of terraform at least 12 months experience required
- Vnet peering, Express Route, NSG, AAFW knowledge and experience is essential Min 3 years experience
- Github Actions exposure desirable
- Experience with Linux essential Min 3 years
- Solid knowledge of Windows Server essential 3 years experience
- Good Working level Knowledge of Azure required, resource groups, Azure Monitor configuration, Azure Backups – Min 3 years expereience

Internal Audit plays an important role in TSB. We are the third line of defence providing independent assurance over the risks faced by the bank. Your role as an IT Auditor is to support the senior team members and the Head of Audit in delivery of the audit plan for TSB’s Chief Information Office, which includes all aspects of IT, change and payments. You’ll engage with our stakeholders, using your knowledge of IT controls to provide insights and promote improvement in TSB’s risk and control environment. You will be expected to collaborate with other audit partners to support our understanding of the IT controls that underpin the business. What we need today
- Experience working in a fast-moving environment with complex IT risks and controls, ideally, but not necessarily within banking.
- Strong planning and organisational skills, proven ability to deliver to tight timelines, experience with managing and delivering multiple tasks.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills and experience of producing high quality outputs; excellent attention to detail.
- Relevant qualifications would be an advantage (CISA, CISSP or equivalent).
- A good understanding of IT controls and an ability to apply this to your audit work.
- Excellent at communicating and building relationships with internal stakeholders to help you deliver.
