As our Manager Billing, you will be responsible for post contract validation and inspection of both vendors & Client bills. You will be responsible for validating the quantity measurements and closing of all extra items with rate analysis, along with the financial closure of the projects.

On site

●      You will be responsible for visiting the site post completion and check the vendor bills in detail.

●      You will be responsible for validating the vendor bill as per the pre-decided rates.

●      You will be responsible for generating bill for the client post validation.

●      You will be responsible to highlight quality issues found at site and correspondingly penalise the vendor.

Off-site

●      You will be responsible for certifying the vendor invoices and forwarding the same to Finance Team for processing.

• We are seeking a Senior Lead Project Management- Workplace, you will work closely with the project management team and be responsible for managing multiple corporate interiors projects and be a point of contact between key project stakeholders from the client side and Space Matrix.

In brief

Planning

• Implement an appropriate and effective project or programme management framework, incorporating necessary review processes as required
• Define and implement criteria for control and management of the project
• Co-ordinate and direct end-user input throughout the project lifecycle
• Appraise options and submit to the Client for approval
• Manage project budget, including risk allowance
• Monitor and control changes/variations following approval by Client

Team & Site management

• Co-ordinate and foster teamwork between all project stakeholders

Contract management

• Accurately check and sign-off on all payment certificates and invoices
• Ensure accurate finalisation of client accounts, provide substantiated recommendations for variations and ensure contractors and consultants are paid in accordance with contract schedules

Client management

• Look for opportunities to improve the client’s position in regard to return and value
• Identify and resolve disputes quickly and reasonably
• Develop and maintain good relationships with client representatives, consultants, contractors and adjoining property owners
• Manage and coordinate the project handover phase with contractors, client contractors, tenants and building managers.
