About the Role Salary:
UP to 1,300 USD per month
We are looking for a driven and detail-oriented Operations Specialist to play a key role in delivering exceptional services to our partners and customers. Your responsibilities include client relations and product operations. Client Relations: - Act as a dedicated service specialist, managing borrower relations and ensuring a smooth, positive experience through effective communication and top-tier customer service. - Provide comprehensive support to our partners, from operational guidance to technical assistance, enhancing their understanding and execution of our lending operations. Product Operations: - Handle borrowers' applications, including application processing, data management, reporting, and process enhancement to improve efficiency and customer experience.
- Proficiency in English for business purposes
- Tech-savvy: Comfortable with utilizing and adapting to new software tools; training provided upon joining
- Attention to detail: Exceptional accuracy in data entry and application processing; comfortable handling large volumes of paperwork and documentation
- Communication skills: Excellent verbal and written communication for both client-facing and internal interactions
- Multitasking: Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously with high efficiency and organization
- Customer-centric: Strong dedication to providing exceptional customer service and support
- Adaptability: Flourishes with minimal guidance, proactive, and adept at handling uncertainty
- Team player: Collaborative approach to work, fostering positive relationships with colleagues and cross-functional teams
- Availability for late-hour collaboration with the UK team
- Must be based in Hanoi, Vietnam
