· Maintain constant communication with Managers, Staff and Vendors to ensure proper operations of the company

· Develop implement and maintain quality assurance protocols.

· Ensure that operational activities remain on time and within budget.

· Inspecting construction sites regularly to identify and eliminate potential safety hazards.

· Conduct budget reviews and report cost plans to upper management.

· Supervising and instructing the construction team as well as subcontractors.

· Oversee projects as they are being carried out to make sure that the work is done according to outlined specifications, and that they also conform with project timetable

· Help project managers and engineers in the arrangement and analysis of projects and scheduling of reports on projects

· Conduct in-depth reviews and analysis of all project or contract documents so as to be familiar with every detail and/or requirements

· to meet project budgets through assessing and analyzing operational and financial risks that may be encountered in the execution of planned construction projects.

· Work with safety units in a bid to plan and manage safety programs for each project and make sure that all aspects of safety are reached

· Assist in the maintenance, development, and enhancement of the company’s relationship with contractors in a bid to produce strategic partnership

· Convey project needs from the project manager to the management of the firm.

· Need to attend the toolbox meeting on daily basis early morning schedule.

· Need to visit the dormitories on time to time basis in order to supervise the safety of the worker an liase with them on their issues.

Required Skills and Qualification

· Strong IT skills including database development

· Good decision making skills and response to high pressure situations

· Excellent interpersonal communications and organizing skills to coordinate project activities.

· Vast knowledge in international construction markets.

· Knowlede about realestate markets around the world will be an added advantage.

Education Experience and Licensing Requirements

· Candidates must posses atleast a Bachelor’s Degree

· Experience may be considered equivalent if ecperience demonstrated increased depth and breadth of responsibility.

Manage the entire scaffolding team and to expand the scaffolding services thereby increase the department’s revenue.

- "Manage and plan all the Scaffolding Material resources for the whole Scaffolding team including Insulation / Painting activities for all projects, Third Party Projects + Maintenance.

• Client Acquisition and Relationship Management: Identify and engage potential new clients, build and maintain strong relationships with client’s network of construction equipment rental and sales.
• Service existing client base. Serve as the primary customer interface, building and sustaining strategic relationships with existing and potential customers.
• Understand market trends and changing customer needs to plan sales strategies & build new opportunities.
• Involve in coordinating inter-department activities to meet project deadlines.
• Responsible for effective sales strategies to surpass business targets.
• To increase company profitability and create profit growth opportunities, standardize and optimize operating costs.
• To drive an uncompromising culture of safety and quality throughout Project Operations workforce and lead by example.
• Provide daily supervisory surveillance checks and records, including all subcontracted works, to ensure safe working conditions and permit procedures, protective equipment, experienced / qualified supervision and manpower, with reliable, well maintained equipment to execute the contracted works as per contract schedule and targets.
• Attend construction progress meetings (daily, weekly, monthly) to monitor and report progress and provide support as required
• Lead and prepare all tender costing & prepare project budget for the awarded projects.
• Ensuring that all works proceed within budget parameters"
• Manage and Provide input to the site progress reports and monthly reports (per project, per asset, per construction team as required) - hours expended, % progress complete, Plan vs Actual, forecast to go, etc.
  - Ensure that all works are executed in a Safe manner, in compliance to Clients' requirements.
• Represent company in incident/accident investigations (together with relevant project team personnel) - with respect to related issues
• Represent company ‘on-call’ services for 24/7 support to the all awarded projects, especially on Mainteance services.
• The overall control and implementation of Contractual Procedures to ensure that all delays and extensions to scope are properly managed and documented for later Contractual Claims

• Minimum 20 years Experience in Sacaffolding sector as Top management, Sacffold Safety Supervisor, Supervisor, Manager or Senior Management.
• Oil and gas industry: 5 years (preferred)
• SIP MANAGER: 10 years (preferred)
• Must have all the following certification:

1. Metal Scaffold Errection course
2. Supervision of Metal Scaffold errection Course
3. Meatl Scaffold Erection (Tubular Scaffold)
4. Signalling For Lifting Operation
5. Lifting supervisors Safety Course
6. Work at height course for supervisors
7. Work at height course for Assessors
8. Building Construction Supervisors safety course
9. Advanced certificate in Workplace safety and health
10. Oil/Petrochemical Industry Safety Course for Supervisors

• Must Have Class3/Class4 Preferred
• Knowledge of Mandarin/Bangladesh/Indian dialects is essential.
