Requirements:

• Support jurisdictional analysis, negotiation, and permitting and/or zoning requirements;
• Report on and prepare presentation materials for assigned projects
• Coordinate with and support project deployment teams as needed
• Support of senior project team members across site development organizational functions;
• Timely escalation of any risks/challenges relating to fieldwork and projects
• Update and maintain project documentation
• Manage assigned project tasks through completion
• Support in other ad-hoc operational needs as required

• Diploma or Degree in Business, Business Admin, Project Management
• Team player with good communication, detailed, organized & analytical skills
• Able to multi-tasking and work under pressure.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office

MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• To conceptualise and produce engaging social media content and email marketing campaign (mainly on Mailchimp, Facebook, Instagram and Telegram channels)
• Work with creative designer to execute social media campaigns
• Research, analyse and present new and fresh ways to approach and execute content
• Support in scheduling, postings and upkeep of daily content calendar across Instagram, Facebook and Telegram channels.
• Track, monitor and understand content performance through insights and analytics
• Perform community building proactively by monitoring and replying comments, private messages and DMs on social media accounts
• Take photos and videos and edit them to ensure visual consistency across all channels

Requirements:

• Diploma in business management/marcom preferred
• A commitment of 6 months for this internship is preferred
• Positive work attitude, team player, good interpersonal skills and ability to multitask
