Our client is a global B2B distributor of electrical products and services, specializing in Indirect Materials (IDM), particularly MRO products and cleanroom supplies.
- Drive revenue and margins in customer accounts by meeting EBIT and working capital goals.
- Develop Key Account Management Plans to enhance short- and long-term EBIT and working capital.
- Manage service agreements to surpass performance KPIs and achieve cost savings.
- Ensure daily operations run smoothly and pricing is up to date.
- Analyse data to monitor performance, conduct reviews, and implement improvements.
- Work with internal teams to provide excellent customer service and foster teamwork.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or Supply Chain Management
- At least 4 years of experience in Logistics and Customer Service sector and proven experience in account management or sales
- Good knowledge in financial concepts including working capital and EBIT
- Excellent leadership, communication and organizational skill
