Responsibilities as a Teaching Assistant involve:

• Reading, writing and SPAG support.

They are currently seeking a passionate and committed Level 1-2 SEN Teaching Assistant (Support Workers) to join their vibrant team.

As a Support Worker, you will be instrumental in supporting the academic and personal growth of the students. Your role involves:

• Providing essential support for students' learning and well-being.

• Experience: Prior experience in an SEN role (employed or voluntary).
• Qualifications: GCSE Maths and English Level 2/C or above (essential); Level 2 or higher qualification in Support Work for Teaching and Learning in Schools (desirable).
• Skills: Knowledge of Safeguarding and Child Protection, creativity, positivity, and a child-first approach.
• Driving License: Full UK driving license and access to a vehicle (essential for student carpooling).
