Pure Staff are recruiting for 5 x General Operative to work at our client based in Pershore.

Our Client specialises in supply flexible packaging for a various customers all over the UK offering bespoke and high volume packaging solutions. The customer has won a new contract and is looking for additional workers to support the operation especially during their peak producing December.

General Operative will be expected to do the following duties -

• Pack and count items into boxes working on a production line
• Tape boxes once they have reached the required amount
• Move items around the warehouse and move them to the dispatch area
• Filling the packaging with the required liquids
• Self efficient and manage there own time effectively to complete work
• Please note this role can be varied from day to day and from hour to hour so workers must be flexible to complete any duties required.

General Operative Hours of work and pay rate - £10.42 per hour working 9am - 5.30pm Monday to Friday, these roles are immediate starts so there will be an expectation to start immediately with this role.

Please be aware that sometimes the hours of work can change slightly based on orders and requirements to complete the work, the earliest the shift will start is 7.30am but this will include an earlier finish.

Our customer is looking for a Transport Manager who is flexible to work Monday to Friday who has experience in working in the food industry.

The successful candidate must fit the criteria listed below:

Duties of a Transport Manager-

• General administration- basic IT skills
• Planning driver routes and shifts
• Understanding driver regulations and working time directive
• Managing and debriefing drivers' infringements
• Speaking and liaising with customers
• Driver debriefs before and after shifts.
• Dealing with calls from clients and drivers

The ideal candidate will have-

• CPC Transport Manager Certification (required)
• HGV C+E License
• Experience in chilled distribution
• Experience working within warehouse goods in/out
• Excel user
• Recent planning experience is essential for this role

Pay rates-

SALARY: £35,000.00 Per Year but may potentially consider more for the right candidate.

HGV Drivers required immediately for temporary work for a client who specialises in general haulage distribution across Worcestershire. Our customer in Redditch is one of our largest clients based in the Worcestershire area and are well known for treating their drivers well from previous positive feedback.

The customer is looking for HGV Class 1 Drivers who are flexible to work Monday-Friday and weekends but also be flexible towards the work due to support their customer's needs.

Our client will be accepting HGV Driver who fit the criteria listed below:

Duties of a HGV Class 1 Driver-

• 1-3 drops of palletised loads
• Modern, well looked after trucks.
• Daily Vehicle checks.
• A professional manner when dealing with the end customer.
• Always Wearing the correct PPE whilst working (safety Boots and Hi-Vis).

The ideal HGV Class 1 Driver will have-

• A valid HGV C+E Class 1 Driving License
• 6 Months experience is essential for this role
• Valid CPC Card
• Valid Digital Card
• Clean Driving License with no more than 6 points (No TT TS MS DR DD) codes.

Start times can vary but we are looking to start between 05.00-07.00 on days and 17.00-19.00 on nights. Shifts can be long but in keeping with tachograph law up to 10 to 12 hours per shift on average.

Pay rates-

Days: £15.50 per hour Monday to Friday PAYE ONLY

Nights: £16.50 per hour Monday to Friday PAYE ONLY

Weekends and Bank Holidays: £19.00 per hour
