Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and optimize daily operations of both the physical clinic and Ooca app, including staff management, healthcare provider oversight, appointment systems, and customer experience

We are looking for a psychologist to join our team and support the well-being of our customers.

A Psychologist’s responsibilities include evaluating customers and gathering their history before diagnosing issues that need attention through the use of tests to develop a treatment plan to ensure the health and success of your customers. They will interview customers and perform psychological tests to get a clearer idea of their mental health issues.

Ultimately, you will provide psychotherapy/counseling options for people to understand themselves better while helping others identify ways to change their behaviors and alleviate problems in their lives.

You should have/be.

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in clinical psychology with a board certified clinical psychologist license

You will manage all aspects of operations for our telepsychiatry platform and new physical clinic, optimizing customer and provider experiences across both virtual and in-person care delivery channels.

• Manage daily clinic operations including customer flow, staff management, and inventory controls. You will be involved in:
• Overseeing building or space selection, layout, and readiness
