Identifying relevant clinical information documented in patient correspondence, coding appropriately and completing any detailed action. c. Scanning patient related documentation and attaching scanned documents to patients healthcare records g. Inputting data into patients healthcare records as necessary h. This shared learning environment will enrich the content of workshops and courses and the experience of those present.
