Supply Chain Operations Intern focuses on Automation & Process Improvement involves working collaboratively with team members to identify and implement automation opportunities within supply chain processes. This position requires strong technical skills in Microsoft Excel, VBA, Python, and various Power tools, as it involves automating processes to enhance efficiency and productivity. Key responsibilities include creating and updating automation scripts, preparing and conducting training materials for these technologies, and supporting freight management tender coordination.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

· Collaborate with Supply Chain Operations Team members to identify areas for process automation

· Support Regional IT Manager to implement RPA initiatives for Supply Chain Operations Team

· Automate processes via VBA/Python/Power Automate and continuously evaluate and enhance automation processes to optimize efficiency and productivity

· Prepare VBA, Python & Power Automate training materials and conduct training for the Team

· Other adhoc reporting & projects

· Currently pursuing a Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or relevant field

· Familiar and experience with Uipath

· Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, VBA, Python, Power tools such as Power Pivot, Automate, Query etc

How will you contribute...

Purchasing Strategy

- Define and put in place purchasing strategies and rosters

- Bring a merchandising & agency knowledge, Advertising and Promotion (A&P) marketing skills and sensibility to products and projects

- Benchmark the market, attend related industry conferences and trainings

- Design and manage a KPI dashboard to measure and boost the performance

- Develop strong relationship with MH purchasing community and LVMH Purchasing Community

Operational

- Contribute to the set-up and respect of compliance through the full purchasing process

- Launch the RFQs to the suppliers selected from the panel, advocate strategy, analyse and benchmark results and negotiate with the suppliers/agencies in close collaboration with internal clients

- Ensure the management of the schedules and goals with best-in-class project management skills

- Organize working sessions, business reviews, supplier evaluation between the brands and agencies

- Review, and manage the contracts and supplier/agency negotiations and feedback; track key contracts & expiration dates to ensure proactivity

- Focusing on 80% Marketing, 20% Supply Chain, IT and General expenses projects

Vision

- Keep a synthetic vision of the market category and know the main players and industry trends

- Manage the agency & supplier panel by evaluating suppliers and developing relationships

Requirements:

· At least 3 years of relevant experience in Purchasing functions with strong focus on Marketing

· Experience working with event agencies and Retail.

· Proficiency in SAP knowledge.

Responsibilities:

- Participate in new projects, continuous improvement projects and change requests, with focus on the functional aspect such as gathering business requirements, conducting gap analysis, and transform requirements into system configurations and functional solutions

- Perform system configurations, installation, data migration and testing as well as working on integration between SAP B1 and other business applications, e.g., SAP ECC, Concur, Salesforce and SharePoint

- Work closely with SAP B1 COE team, business stakeholders specifically Finance and Supply Chain users, business process owners as well as vendors

- Providing L1/L2 support and training to user pool of 300+

- Continuously enhance/improve knowledge of new functionalities and technology in SAP and apply to current platform

Requirements:

- At least 10 years of experience in full cycle implementation (especially Finance, Supply Chain, Production and Master Data) in a SAP Functional capacity

- Good in SQL, crystal report and good understanding of B1IF (SAP B1 Integration Framework) and reporting tools such as Power BI, MS Excel, and MS Access

- Knowledge of other forms of integration between SAP B1 and external applications such as ODBC, SharePoint, API, etc.

- Experience in stakeholder management (both with business and IT vendors) and project management

The Sales Director will lead the MH Travel Retail business in South East Asia and Australia & New Zealand, to develop the Moet Hennessy portfolio profitably and deliver outstanding value to our customers by driving sales and building brand image, delivering an outstanding brand statement and travelers’ experience.

Responsibilities

Business Development & Key Account Management

• Develop business strategy to meet sales, value market share and profitability goals for SEA & ANZ
• Develop & nurture outstanding partnerships with both operators to support growth plans within markets
• Drive joint business plans with key stakeholders of each travel retail operators and align on short mid, long term development plans
• Manage negotiations of commercial terms, assortment, visibility, investments, marketing plans for MH portfolio, agreements and partnerships with customers and ensure the highest quality of local implementation

Business & Retail Performance

• Manage and control the budget by brand and by Market; closely monitor retail prices and competitor's activities
• Prepare business review presentations and forecasts to achieve agreed profit and financial goals
• Ensure consumer-centric delivery of our brands in all channels

Brand & Marketing

• Partner with Marketing & Retail to drive planning of all marketing initiatives, with a strong shopper/ digital focus, to engage travelers across multiple platforms

Responsibilities:

Order Fulfillment

• Prepare and process customers’ purchase orders for finished goods and POSM in line, with the respective markets’ forecasts and adherence to inventory guidelines.

• Liaise with various internal stakeholders for supply and pricing issues, validate sales prices accuracy and to order processing guidelines are respected and adhered, processing in SAP in a timely manner.

• Follow up with 3rd party logistics service providers for issues related to logistics operations / delivery planning and ensure the Post Goods Issues (PGI) and invoices are created in accordance with order fulfillment SOP

• Follow up with 3rd party logistics player on the deliver process, update the customers on expected arrival dates.

• Ensure all orders are delivered and clean Proofs of Deliveries – PODs are received and well archieved.

Customer Services and Logistics Operations

• Plan delivery of all orders as needed, to achieve transport / freight optimization and delivery timelines

• Maintain high level of customer service including advance advice of shipping information, completeness of shipping documentation, prompt response to customer requests and monitoring of the progress of meeting markets’ demands.

• Coordination with the various local parties to meet the relevant requirements for smooth and prompt documentation and operations.

• Monitor the progress and ensure continuity of workflows/processes and co-ordinate with Accounts and other internal departments in line with current procedures.

Continuous Improvement

• Ensure that good internal controls and Supply Chain practices are met in accordance with group policies.

• Continuously analyze the current work processes and documentation and propose improvements.

Requirements:

Candidate will need to correspond with Korea counterparts and customers. Proficiency in Korean is essential.

• Relevant Supply Chain, Customer Service experience gained from companies with organizational complexity and multicultural business environment will be preferred.

• Candidates with Customer Service experience in a Shared Service Centre environment will be preferred.

• Experience with inventory software, MS Office. ERP Software (SD/MM/SAP) will be desirable. • Familiar with the local laws and regulations regarding transportation and foreign trade compliance. .

• Industry experience in Wine & Spirits, FMCG, Consumer or Luxury Goods will be at an advantage.

The FP&A Director will work closely with our CFO, APAC on short and long-term financial planning and analysis of business operations to ensure profitable growth for Moet Hennessy brands in the Region. He/ She will examine, analyze, and evaluate the entirety of MHAP’s financial information, activities has well as external economic conditions and their impact on business operations. As the lead for Moet Hennessy’s financial budget, forecast and financial management reporting processes, you will be a key liaison with MH Markets, MH Maisons and Region’s business leaders for all financial matters.

Management Reporting, Planning and Analysis

• Lead the financial planning process including analysis on Volumes, Net Sales, Pricing, OPEX and Operating Profit
• Liaise with Region’s Management, MH Central, Maisons and other Regions on expectations, guidelines and timelines
• Prepare accurate and insightful business comments to explain the performance versus plans and previous year
• Analyze and provide insights on strategic business dynamics and trends as well as factors affecting business performance, highlight any financial issue requiring management attention

Business Partnering with Markets, Maisons and Region’s business leaders

• Bring financial insights and expertise in the decision-making process to ensure a sustainable, profitable growth
• Be a key contributor to monthly market’s business updates and quarterly business reviews
• Engage Regional Supply Planning team to ensure markets’ ability to achieve their targets, be a force of proposition when it comes to allocations and management of scarcity, and leverage on the logistics/ supply insights to better understand and monitor the trends
• Collaborate with Regional Center of Excellence and HR shared service center for all cost planning and monitoring, centrally and in markets

Develop the Finance Community in Asia Pacific

• Ensure adoption of MH Financial tools, processes, methodologies and definitions while re-enforcing and animating the regional controlling community to promote sharing of information & best practices
• Supervise Finance Governance in the Region in coordination with MH Central
• Contribute to the development of Finance knowledge in the Region

Team Management and Development

• Lead a high performing FP&A team, capitalise on the strengths of the individuals, while ensuring development of the team, fostering inter-operability and a supportive mindset
• Review the Roles & Responsibilities of the Regional FP&A team, depending on the organisation’s evolving needs and having in mind mobilities and succession planning

Requirements

• Minimum 12 years’ experience in Financial Planning / Finance Controlling in a multinational company with good knowledge of accounting principles and knowledge of internal control and processes

Responsibilities

• Manage and execute GL activities of assigned country to ensure that overall delivery of services is within agreed KPIs and SLAs.
• Responsible for timely and accurate financial and analytical reports to Manager, GL.
• Responsible for managing key stakeholders and internal customers including assigned country FD, FP&A teams, internal control teams, external auditors etc.
• Act as the key contact point for country related finance RCoE matters with understanding over country AR and AP activities.
• Responsibilities include but not limited to preparation and posting of journal entries, balance sheet reconciliation, variance analysis, period close activities/reporting, statutory reporting and reporting to various consolidation and inter-company reporting systems.
• Ensure regular review and smooth and timely closing of accounts monthly, including identifying any unusual transactions and movements of account balances.
• Identify and follow up on areas of concern within the reconciliation, develops corrective action plans where needed and ensures accounts are in good standing.
• Prepare appropriate ledger entries and reconciliations.
• Ensure that good internal controls and GL practice are met in accordance with group policies.
• Actively participate in in digital transformation and continuous improvement initiatives which may involve activities such as defining requirements, change impact assessment and UAT.
