Job Overview:

Mitie is looking for Retail security officers who can deliver exceptional customer service whilst creating a safe shopping environment, free from crime and the fear of crime for customers and colleagues.

You must hold a current SIA licence or valid SIA certificates (licence can be provided) and a full 5-year checkable employment/education history.

Main duties:

-To deliver industry leading customer service

-To deter violence and public order offences

-To conduct patrols of the store

-Utilising CCTV systems to support the reduction of crime and stock loss

-Liaise with the store management teams

-Liaise with the Police and crime partnerships where required to foster a great working relationship to support the reduction of crime in store

-To wear Body Worn CCTV to support in the reduction of crime and increase colleague and customer safety

Job Overview

-To ensure that the highest level of Front of House services are delivered consistently to the client and their guests.

Main Duties

-To provide exceptional levels of customer service.

-Experienced in Front of House or Reception ideally gained within a corporate or 5 Star hotel environment.

-Able to work off their own initiative and with minimal direction.

Mitie Landscapes has an exciting opportunity for a Grounds Maintenance Operative to join our team at the UKs market leading FM company. Reporting to the Contracts Manager, you will be delivering Grounds Maintenance and Winter Services and ensuring you deliver the exceptional every day.

You will be responsible for.

-Maintaining our clients' sites. Grass cutting, hedge cutting, border maintenance, leaf clearance, litter picking, and spraying.

-Delivering our winter services, including gritting and snow clearance.

Your key responsibilities will include assisting with daily operational requirements - ensuring compliance and accurate recording of incidents to outline identified risks. As part of your role, you will be required to escalate incidents, report Health and Safety concerns, and respond to emergency situations also producing accurate reports to ensure alarms are efficiently responded to.
