As a client service representative, you will be responsible for building and maintaining client relationships, ensuring service excellence, and supporting our internal teams in delivering top-notch campaigns. Key responsibilities
Identify and Develop Client Opportunities
- Proactively explore opportunities to introduce agency services to both existing and potential clients.
- Identify trends and areas to expand the agency's services and improve client offerings.
Ensure Service Level Excellence
- Deliver on service-level agreements by maintaining high standards for availability, reliability, and timely response to client needs.
- Ensure commitments are met to build trust and strengthen relationships.
Build and Maintain Client Relationships
- Foster strong, long-lasting relationships with clients to ensure retention and minimize attrition.
- Act as a key point of contact for client needs and inquiries, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.
Project and Campaign Updates
- Keep clients informed of the status and progress of their projects or campaigns, addressing their concerns and feedback efficiently.
- Provide transparency and clear communication throughout all stages of the client’s journey.
Support Team Coordination and Business Operations
- Assist in business support tasks and coordinate daily account activities to streamline processes.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure smooth and effective campaign management.
Support Sales and Marketing Initiatives
- Contribute relevant information to sales and marketing efforts, including insights on customer feedback and potential sales leads.
Create Client-Facing Documentation
- Prepare presentations, proposals, and reports tailored to clients’ needs, effectively communicating value and results.
Collaborate on Campaign Performance
- Work with cross-functional teams to collect and analyse data on campaign performance.
- Provide insights and recommendations for optimizing campaign outcomes based on gathered metrics.
Stay Informed on Agency Capabilities
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of the agency’s services, solutions, and industry trends.
- Effectively communicate the agency's offerings, especially in digital marketing, to clients.
Regular Account Status Reporting
- Keep the manager updated on all account activities, including providing status and call reports to ensure transparency.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3-4 years of client servicing experience, preferably in a marketing or digital agency.
- Proficient in account management, with a strong understanding of digital marketing.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
- Analytical skills to assess campaign data and recommend improvements.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and a collaborative team player.
