What You'll Do: As a Housing Officer, you'll take on a vital role, juggling service-user support with property management. Some of your key responsibilities include:

- Welcoming new tenants and guiding them through the induction process.
- Conducting regular welfare visits to ensure safety and well-being.
- Offering signposting to local amenities, services, and support agencies.
- Acting swiftly to address issues like anti-social behavior and absconsions.

Managing Properties:
- Conducting monthly inspections and reporting maintenance needs.
- Preparing properties for re-occupation or handover.
- Ensuring compliance with health and safety standards.
- Coordinating minor repairs and managing inventory.

Collaborating and Responding:
- Working closely with your team to maintain high service standards.
- Liaising with external agencies to support tenants effectively.
- Handling emergencies with a calm and proactive approach.
