Month End Financial Reporting duties.
· Prepare month-end Journals and closing activities.
· Prepare monthly Expenses Reports to submit to HODs.
· Update monthly Balance sheet schedules and follow up on outstanding items.
· Forecast P&L – update analysis.
· Upload Financials into HFM consolidation system. And Run monthly reporting packages.
· Handle intercompany confirmation and reconciliation of disputes between intercompany.
· Expense Claims via Concur -review for Processing.
· Assist with statutory Audit and tax queries.
· Government Surveys.
GST Quarterly Reporting
· Generate GST reports for submission.
· Monthly review.
Others
· Back up for Accounts Payables invoice processing.
· Ad-hoc duties, as assigned by supervisor.
Requirements
At Least Diploma in Accounting, Finance, Business or a related field
Experience
· Finance professional in an MNC environment with minimal 3 years of relevant experience.
