• Planning: Plan routes and load vehicles to match the route
• Driving: Drive company vehicles safely and courteously, while following traffic rules
• Delivering: Deliver packages to the correct address, and provide invoices and customer signatures
• Customer service: Provide excellent customer service by answering questions / link customer with company's customer service team
• Collecting: Collect payments from customers if required, and remit payments to the company
• Maintaining: Operate and maintain a delivery vehicle
