Identify opportunities and suggest recommendation for system improvements. Service and support all network and telecommunication, front office, back office, architectures and network infrastructure (LAN/WAN), Wifi, Servers, Security controls, PCs & peropherals etc. Maintain IT inventory of hardware / software / licenses.
