Senior Staf Pemantauan bertanggung jawab untuk menjadi fasilitator dalam menjembatani koordinasi dan kolaborasi yang efektif antara Manajemen Pelaksana Program Kartu Prakerja (MPPKP) dengan mitra pemantauan eksternal. 4. Menyiapkan dan menganalisis laporan pemantauan yang mencakup penilaian terhadap kepatuhan dan kualitas pelatihan serta rekomendasi perbaikan;

5. Melakukan verifikasi dan validasi informasi serta data yang diterima dari berbagai sumber;

6. Menjalin hubungan baik dengan semua pemangku kepentingan untuk memastikan kerjasama yang efektif;

7. Mengidentifikasi berbagai kendala maupun praktik baik serta memberikan rekomendasi terhadap pelaksanaan program

1. Pendidikan minimal S1 di bidang Ekonomi, Statistik, Geografi, Pendidikan, Ilmu Sosial dan Politik, Ilmu Kesejahteraan Sosial, Ilmu Hubungan Internasional atau jurusan lainnya yang terkait bidang humaniora, sosial dan pemberdayaan;

2. Memiliki pengalaman minimal 2 tahun dalam pemantauan program

3. Memiliki pengalaman bekerja dengan mitra eksternal dan kemampuan dalam memfasilitasi kolaborasi yang efektif.

4. Memiliki kemampuan yang kuat dalam analisis data: pengolahan data statistik maupun kualitatif serta menyusun laporan dan memberikan rekomendasi yang relevan, terutama dengan menggunakan software pengolahan data seperti Ms. Excel, Google Spreadsheet, Google Studio atau software analisis lainnya.
