Job Responsibilities:

· Learn and provide basic head and facial massage technic/operating beautician machineries

· Up selling and promote the services and product to client

· Attend customer enquire and provide necessary suggestion

• Handle customer's enquiries and booking of appointment.
• Explaining spa treatments, and therapies to guests and providing suitable recommendations as needed.
• Assisting with keeping linens clean and tidy, and replacing them between sessions.
• Carry out a full range of wellness treatments and wellness care.
• The company provides internal training to deal according to the company's standard operating procedures and service standards.
• Make recommendations on our products, treatments and packages to customer

Requirement

• Able to work on weekends / public holidays.
• Able to work long hours and overtime.
• Mininum one year relevant experience
